Payment terms:

Strictly Cash and Card payments ONLY


 Cencellation Policy:

Please note that we have a strict 12-hour Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be billed 65% of the appointment value.

No-shows will be billed 75% of the appointment value.

If more than two consecutive appointments are missed, we reserve the right to refuse further bookings.

Medical Exemption:

If a cancellation or no-show is due to a medical emergency, the client may be excused provided a valid doctor’s note is sent within 48 hours of the missed appointment.

General Policy:

Pasion SPA  strives to keep our clients Happy and deliver the best possible service, therefore if any breakages occur within the first week (7 Days) and the nail is inspected and seen no malicious damage was caused, it will be repaired at no cost, there after a fee will be charged.


Pasion SPA  will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, loss or stolen items on its property.


Parking is at own risk.


Appointment Policy:

Please note that if the client is more than 15 minutes late, it will automatically be deemed as a rescheduling (unless the technician with whom the appointment is scheduled stipulates otherwise) and it is the client’s responsibility for the arrangement of a new appointment.


If a client wishes to make alterations with the service scheduled, they should do so within 12 hours’ time to make sure that the technician has enough time to schedule for alterations. 


Pasion SPA sends out a courtesy email reminder, please ensure that we have your correct email address and to make sure our reminders don't end up in your junk/ Spam mail box. 

Please note it is still the clients responsibility diarise their appointment and to confirm it/them.

Pasion SPA strives to keep professional engagement with our customers and deliver the best possible service while strictly keeping to our terms & conditions   

The client is to understand that all personal information given has to be correct and hasn’t left out any information during a consultation, the information between client & therapist is confidential and the privacy of the client is of at most important to us.

No personal documented information of the client will be shared and sold to any third party.

The client accepts that the practitioner cannot be held liable for any injury, illness or death based on the nature of the treatment and due to incomplete or incorrect personal information provided by the client.

The client chooses to receive a treatment out of their own will.

The client needs to understand and acknowledge that any treatment given by a Pasion SPA practitioner is a non-sexual service and that sexual advances will not be tolerated and that the treatment may be stopped if this is breached at any time and the full fee will still be payable by the client.

The client needs to understand and acknowledge that the treatment is not a substitute for medical intervention and that no results are 100% guaranteed (as like in all forms of medicine or treatment).
